What do you appreciate about FHWS?

I have always appreciated the close and uncomplicated cooperation with FHWS and the frequent exchange of our company and FHWS.

What was the best decision in your professional career and why? What has changed since then?

For me definitely starting to work for our family business in 1998 and eventually taking on the leadership of the company. For over 20 years I have now witnessed and shaped the development and growth of WAREMA.

What do you think has shaped FHWS the most over the last 50 years?

For me a lot of factors have contributed to that: The practice-orientation of FHWS, its proximity to the regional industry and a true interest in the challenges and needs of companies. FHWS is following recent developments, it is innovative and technology-driven – all that contributes to its success.

What is your vision of the future for FHWS? What might FHWS look like in 50 years’ time?

I could imagine that FHWS will increasingly become the engine for the innovation landscape of our region and will thus benefit our innovative strength.

What is your insider tip for the cities of Würzburg or Schweinfurt and why?

Taking a boat tour on the Main around Würzburg. That way you see the city from a completely different angle.
