Innovative AI Chatbot for Würzburg’s Multi-Purpose Arena: Joint Project by CAIRO.thws and Main-Post Media Group

As part of this year’s AI Week Mainfranken, the research center CAIRO.thws at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) and the Main-Post Media Group are introducing an innovative AI project: a chatbot that provides targeted information about the planned multi-purpose arena in Würzburg.

Developed in close collaboration with the Main-Post, the chatbot delivers accurate and immediate answers to individual user questions—based on carefully curated and editorially verified content from the Main-Post. Instead of browsing through numerous articles, users receive clear, trustworthy information in just seconds.

User-Centered Prototype
The jointly developed prototype is now entering the next phase and will soon be available for testing by external users. The goal is to simplify access to local information using artificial intelligence, while maintaining the high editorial standards of the Main-Post in a digital format.
