Family-friendly University

The reconciliation of work and family is a very important topic for the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. Improving the framework conditions is aimed at supporting THWS members who take on family responsibilities.

In this context, family-friendliness is not only directed at families with children but also at the increasing share caring for relatives.

As part of the project ProPere (Professorial Personnel Recruitment and Development), THWS is establishing a family service providing various information, counselling offers and pragmatic help for you in order to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life/private life.
