audit familiengerechte hochschule

The certificate audit familiengerechte hochschule is a recognised quality certification issued by the berufundfamilie Service GmbH for three years to higher education institutions and universities which are characterised by family-oriented engagement and which conduct sustainable family-oriented study and personnel policy.

In 2022, THWS was certified as family-friendly higher education institution for the first time. By this, the University entered into the commitment to make already existing family-friendly structures more transparent, to further develop successful measures and to introduce new ones. Annually, reports documenting the implementation of the measures are submitted to and evaluated by berufundfamilie Service GmbH.

Further information can also be found in the German press release.
