From site logistics and safety to planning, sustainability, and smarter workflows, you’ll work in teams on real-world challenges and turn ideas into prototypes within a short, high-energy format. Whether you’re studying AI, engineering, architecture, or already working in construction (or just excited about innovation), this is your chance to help shape the future of construction – and build something that matters.

Post-introduction, participants will form teams (3-5 persons) and begin their work on solving the challenges

In the afternoon, we'll gather to showcase the solutions developed during the hackathon. Each team will present their results, and a panel of judges will name the winner.

- With a Challenge
Bring a real-world construction challenge you want to tackle (e.g., site logistics, safety, planning, or sustainability). You’ll join the hackathon as a challenge owner, supporting teams with domain insights, data/context, and feedback. - As a Hacker
Join a team and build AI-powered prototypes for construction. Collaborate across disciplines, experiment with ideas, and pitch your solution at the end of the event. - As a Visitor
Attend to explore the latest in AI for construction. Listen to inspiring talks, meet participants and partners, and get a front-row seat to the final pitches and demos without actively hacking.
