Cross-departmental tasks
In addition to its core areas of research, transfer, start-ups and young scientists, the Campus for Applied Research coordinates and supports the following cross-cutting tasks in line with strategic university development and science management:
- Scientific integrity (internal departmental working group)
- Research data management (joint working group with ITSC and the university library)
- Visiting scholars / infrastructure access for external groups such as scholarship holders, doctoral candidates, start-up founders, post-docs, etc. (working group involving the Legal Department and HSIN)
- Infrastructure recording of university infrastructure with scientific relevance (working group with participation of HSGM and HSFI)
Special responsibilities
The Campus for Applied Research also has the following special responsibilities:
- Local polling station for the DFG review board election
- Contact and information point for scientific integrity – KIWI
