Guidelines for good research practice

Within the scope of its statutory mandate, the the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt is responsible for organising teaching and research and ensures high standards of academic work and practice. 

The German guidelines Satzung zur Sicherung guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis und für den Umgang mit wissenschaftlichem Fehlverhalten ensure that all members of THWS – students, lecturers, and researchers – respect the fundamental principles of scientific integrity and ethics. 

The English Guidelines for safeguarding good research practice and for dealing with research misconduct at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (Statute GwP THWS) are for your convenience only. Please note that only the German version is legally binding.
