THWS CampusPortal

The THWS CampusPortal is not just the university's application portal. It also allows you to register for exams, view your academic record, re-enrol, and change your address. Additionally, you can print your current certificate of enrolment as well as a confirmation of your periods of study.
The student portal is also available for the functions related to the Deutschlandstipendium (German National Scholarship) and the university elections.

What is the THWS CampusPortal, and what is its purpose?
The THWS CampusPortal will replace our old student portal and offers many functions:
- Change of address
- Re-enrolment
- Registration for exams
- Student records
- Download of study-related documents and enrolment certificates
! Registration for general electives ("AWPF") and university elections in Studierendenportal
Incorrect or incomplete data is displayed in the THWS CampusPortal. What to do?
Please ask the responsible contact person at the Department of Student Affairs.
When logging in to the CampusPortal, I still see my old degree programme. How can I access the new degree programme?
If you have switched to a new course at THWS, please log in to the THWS CampusPortal using your new student ID number and the same password you used with your previous k-number.
The system cannot be reached or an error message appears during the login process.
Technical issues can have various causes.
First, please ensure you are using the correct login details (bw-number/k-number and corresponding password) to sign in. You might also try switching browsers or attempting to log in at a later time.
Alternatively, you can reset your password (see "What are my login details?").
! If you have questions on data regarding your studies, grades, or exams, please contact the responsible contact person of the Department of Student Affairs.

Where can I find the THWS-Login-Information?
Log in to the THWS CampusPortal, with your Application user ID (e.g. bw12345).
Go to My Studies - Study Service – Requested Reports / Reports.
Here you will find the document "THWS-Login-Information". On a mobile, you may need to scroll down.
(THWS-Login-Information = Login credetials for students)
Your account will be activated 48 hours after enrolment, but at the earliest three weeks before the start of the semester.
(Start of the summer semester is 15th March; Start of the winter semester is 1st October)
What are my login details? (I forgot my password)
For Applicants:
Login Details = bw-number (as username) and password
Please use the "Forgot login details / Reset password" function on the THWS CampusPortal homepage if you have forgotten your password.

For Students:
Login details = "K-Number" (as username) and your password
You received these details (K-Number and a temporary password) when you were enrolled (THWS-Login-Information)
Have you forgotten your password?
You have the option to change your current password or reset a forgotten one. You can find the relevant information and instructions on the ITSC homepage.
Payments & Fees
An error occurred with my e-payment. What should I do?
Did you experience for example a connection drop while making the payment for the THWS semester fees?
And now you're unsure if the payment went through? No problem.
Log in to your THWS CampusPortal.
Follow the path My Studies – Student Services – Payments.
If the payment was successful, the amount paid will appear in the column titled "Credit".
If "0.00 €" appears under "Credit," the payment was not successful, and you will need to repeat the payment process.
Please note: If you made the payment via bank transfer, it won't be displayed immediately. Please wait at least 5 working days before making any inquiries.

Who should I ask if I have questions regarding my credit certificate, exam registration or re-enrolment?
If you have questions regarding your credit certificate, exam registration, or re-enrolment, please refer to your direct contact person at the Department of Student Affairs. Please find a list of the corresponding persons for your degree programme here.
I have registered for the wrong exam.
You can de-register yourself within the registration period. After the registration period, please ask the responsible contact person at the Department of Student Affairs.
I registered for an examination, but I can no longer see the registration
As soon as the examiners start adding grades, the examination is no longer listed in the category “Show my enrollments“. From now on, the registered examination is listed in the planner of studies and in the category “My achievements” with the annotation “Grade entry in progress”.
