Guidance system

For orientation within THWS buildings in Schweinfurt, a consistent system of room numbers is used. The first number designates the building. The following number designates the floor number or level. After that, the actual room number is given. Example: 1.E.01 = (Campus 1) Ignaz-Schön-Straße. Ground level. Room 1. Buildings 1-8, 11 and 12 are on Campus Ignaz Schön in Ignaz-Schön-Straße 11, 97421 Schweinfurt. Building 9 is mainly called Campus Konrad Geiger and is located in Konrad-Geiger-Straße 2, 97421 Schweinfurt. Building 10 is located in Landwehrstraße 46, 97421 Schweinfurt. The seminar rooms in Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 4, 97421 Schweinfurt, are in Building 13. Room designation in THWS buildings in Würzburg differs from that, because there letters are used to designate buildings.

Building plans

At all important locations, escape and rescue plans are displayed. They make an overview of parts of the building possible. In addition, site plans and information about construction works are displayed at central locations.
