Meet a student

Meet our student ambassadors

You are interested in studying at THWS, but you still have many questions?

Which experiences are gained by students during their studies at THWS?
What are the required skills for studying in the programme of my choice?
What exactly do you learn in degree programmes like Social Work, Industrial Mathematics, or Business Administration?

You wish to talk to THWS students to find out whether the degree programme of your choice is right for you?

Simply meet our student ambassadors and ask your questions via e-mail, phone or Zoom. Our student ambassadors will share their experiences and answer your questions on the topics of studying and student life in Würzburg and Schweinfurt.

Business and Engineering (B. Eng.)

Hi, I am Natalie from Malaysia. I am currently in my thrid semester of the bachelor's programme in Business and Engineering

Business & Engineering is a blend of engineering and business subjects, offering a broad spectrum of specialization, for example: Business: Production, Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and Digital Business and Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics

I love that the program opens doors to a variety of partner universities, from Thailand, Taiwan, Mexico to the USA. The freedom to take the course in English, German, or both! The integration of lecture slides online makes the learning experience smoother and accessible.

As someone accustomed to the hustle and bustle of a big city, my move to here was a significant change. However, I’ve come to appreciate the slower pace of life here. Allowing me to concentrate on my studies without much distractions as the next bigger city (Würzburg) is reachable in just 30 mins by train.

Please do not hesitate to send me your questions regarding the bachelor's programme in Business and Engineering.
