Programme structure
In-depth fundamentals (1st semester)

You will receive a comprehensive introduction to core business subjects, digital business models, strategic approaches, and intercultural characteristics – all in a practical setting with small groups. Compulsory semester abroad (2nd semester)
In the second semester, you will complete a compulsory semester abroad at one of our renowned international partner universities. During this phase, you will expand your intercultural skills and gain valuable practical experience in a global environment. You will immerse yourself in new cultural contexts and learn to work successfully in international teams.
Final phase (3rd semester)
In the final semester, you will apply the knowledge you have built in a practice-oriented research project and write your master's thesis. This can also focus on your own start-up. Admission requirements
Admission requires a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. in Business Administration, International Management, Business and Engineering or similar) with a grade of 2.5 or better, or an equivalent qualification.
Admission to the degree programme Managing Global Dynamics is restricted (Numerus Clausus).
