In our workshop, you will learn how to optimize your exam phase with effective learning strategies and time management techniques. You will also learn how to reduce exam anxiety and approach your exams with more self-confidence.

In this nutrition workshop, you will first learn everything you need to know about how to strengthen your immune system, the body's defense center, through your diet in a short theory session. You can then apply your knowledge in the practical session: you will be inspired and learn a few recipes that you can prepare and taste together—we hope you enjoy your meal!
