Yoga with Johanna
Do something good for yourself: Find your balance in stressful everyday university life!
These yoga classes are rooted in Classical Hatha and Vinyasa Kriya Yoga, traditions that originated in India. Designed for everyBODY and all experience levels, the classes offer a safe and supportive space to release tension, slow down, and (re)connect with yourself.
The practice includes asanas (physical postures), guided meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to support both physical and mental well-being.
Classes are held in English to create an inclusive space for international students.
Please bring sportswear and, if possible, your own mat!

Fascial Training with Triggers – Feel the Flow!
