Painting workshop: Anyone can paint
Experience creativity: Just paint!
The aim of the workshop is to discover your own creativity and to get to work with a lot of joy and ease. No previous knowledge is required. Anyone can paint!

There is a €5 per person contribution towards the cost of materials. The €5 must be paid in advance at the service center at Münzstraße 12, and the receipt must be presented at the workshop.
Additional registration is required for the e-learning course.

Yoga with Anna
Do something good for yourself: find your balance in stressful everyday university life!
Yoga helps you to reduce stress, improve your concentration and find inner balance. Especially when studying, it can be challenging to stay focused and relaxed at all times. Yoga not only strengthens your body, but also your mind - perfect for coping with exam stress and making good use of breaks.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, Anna's yoga classes offer you an oasis of relaxation and help you get through the semester in a more relaxed and efficient way.
Please bring sportswear and, if possible, your own mat!
